Become a coach

Our team is run by volunteer coaches!

Parents and community members can volunteer as NICA coaches and help power our team!

  • NICA requires a ratio of one parent rider/coach to 6 kids.

  • We need parents/coaches with different riding abilities who can ride with our beginner students or expert riders.

  • The size of our team and ability to take on new students will depend greatly on the number of coaches.

  • Whether or not you are a parent of a team rider and would like to become a coach on our team, please contact us on the contact page and we will get back with you.

  • I love being part of a team where no one gets cut or sits the bench. There is a place for everyone, we accept student athletes where they are, give them the tools to develop, grow and watch them succeed over and over again.
